About Us
This platform is the result of an approved application of the association "Green Rock Fest" - Ruse under the program "One-year grant 2021" of the National Fund "Culture".
The online platform Green Rock Fest Incubator will be a pioneer in its goals for the territory of Bulgaria. It will include online lessons on instruments that are typical of rock bands - guitar, bass guitar, drums, piano (keyboard and synthesizers), vocals.
During the training period, participants will be trained by professional musicians - mentors, with whom they will develop in addition to their technical and musical skills, the idea of creating music and team thinking - which is an integral part of a rock band. There will also be classes with famous rock musicians who are popular in the music and media circles. With them the participants will exchange additional experience on the strategy for the development of the artist in the modern environment of music consumption.
According to the decision of the teachers, 2 rock bands will be formed, which will start playing together and creating and sharing what they have learned so far. The purpose of their meetings is to play a repertoire chosen by the teachers, as well as to create their music, get to know them as musicians.
The groups created in the incubator will take part in the traditional Green Rock Fest Ruse, which is a privilege for every group invited to play there.
